Here in the Tiles View [1], for this U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP) "Exhibit" display, we see the first of some 57 item entries [2], which are represented by 19 Designs ("Selected Objects" -- 3D CAD models and similar) and 38 File objects.
Original 3D Model Design and Derivative Format 3D PDF File
In the same Tiles view, here categorized under the "Structural" architectural discipline [1] we see both an original 3D Revit model file as received [2], and paired with it a derivative format 3D PDF file [3].
Note that file "Extension" [4] is a facet you can use to filter information (as well as file "Format").
